We have started our journey towards Gender Equality Certification

We are pleased to announce that our company has embarked on the journey towards achieving Gender Equality Certification, an important step that reflects our commitment to creating an increasingly fair, inclusive and people-focused workplace.

This journey represents a valuable opportunity to review and further improve our company policies and processes, promoting equal opportunities, recognising individual skills and talent, and fostering a culture based on respect and non-discrimination.

The Gender Equality Certification, established by the Italian UNI/PdR 125:2022 standard, assesses an organisation's commitment through specific indicators covering areas such as culture and strategy, governance, human resources management, opportunities for growth and inclusion, pay equity, and support for parenthood.

We have chosen to undertake this journey because we believe that gender equality should not simply be a principle, but should translate into concrete actions, measurable objectives and tangible results.

This process will involve our organisation and the people who are part of it, with the aim of continuing to grow both as a company and as a workplace community.

Another step forward towards a fairer, more inclusive and sustainable workplace.
