The sales department follows the customer throughout the entire process, from the request for a quote to production and shipping, interacting with all involved departments and ensuring timely and accurate information. We maintain constant communication with the customer regarding the status of each order.
Our technical office can guide the customer in choosing the profile, material, and dimensions of the blades to be assembled onto the bucket.
For each blade produced, we are able to provide the necessary bolts and teeth for assembly.
The finished blades are made using the most advanced cutting and drilling technologies, with the possibility of adding operations such as sandblasting, painting, marking, labeling, and packaging. Each operation can be customized based on the project's needs.
The advanced technology is complemented by extremely accurate full traceability, starting from the raw material used and recording every operation performed, as well as precise dimensional control of the produced parts.
