The production of ESTRONG steel begins with a careful selection of scrap; ESTRONG steel is an example of circular economy.
All ESTRONG steel profiles are produced in Italy at the Acciaierie Venete plants, and the complete production chain ensures total reliability, from the selection of scrap for billet production to rolling and heat treatment.
ESTRONG is a low-carbon alloy steel with high levels of Boron, Molybdenum, and Nickel, optimized to enhance mechanical properties while maintaining excellent weldability and ease of processing.

The high hardness found in the core of the profiles is the result of an excellent chemical composition, combined with a superior quenching depth.
The great wear resistance allows these products to last much longer than their competitors, providing significant cost savings for the customer.

When comparing steel produced in sheets and rolled profiles like ESTRONG®, some important advantages stand out:
- No additional processing: the profile does not need to be cut from a sheet, reducing time and cost.
- The mechanical properties remain unchanged throughout the entire section, whereas when a profile is cut from a sheet, they can be altered near the chamfered area.
The warehouse
The ESTI warehouse holds a large stock of all rolled profiles, available in every shape, commercial length, and steel quality, always ready for delivery.
The shipping department, recently expanded and renovated, is constantly working on finding new solutions to reduce order fulfillment times; this results in significant time savings for the customer, allowing them to meet their buyers’ demands extremely quickly.
